I have had a storybook experience at the company. I've been with the company for over 4 years and have had 3 promotions and transferred offices. The company has supported me through early development and I'm eternally grateful for the experience I've gotten from IG.

My team is so well connected personally, and we really care about each other in their personal lives and we take care of each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how the leadership team is open to feedback and open to change. There is no one's opinion that is more important than another, and will encourage independent thinking and experiments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is built on building each other up and supporting each other, and as we support each other, the company and the whole rises together. Everyone is such a critical piece of the puzzle, and feels as if they are.
