I like quarterly bonuses but they could be higher based on individual performance

They are spending a lot of time in training and development. They are also motivating.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. I had an amazing experience while in sales, so helping my team get to the point of having the same great experience makes me really happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone truly cares about each other and their success. I couldn't ask for better friends than the ones I have made here. The amount of personal, profressional and financial growth I have gained since the day I started is something I will be forever grateful for.
