I am thankful for my base salary, but do wish we had more opportunity for bonus potential especially if we surpass our goals by a large amount

I love how people are showing up for more then just themselves. I think sales roles can often times become a selfish role and I have never felt that with my team.

The care so deeply about my success personally, professionally, and financially! I know I could go to my leader at any point and get assistance. He wants me to do my best to hit my goals in and out of the office

They have been in my shoes before and understand the hardships I face in the role. They also have a great memory of who I am once they have met me and make me feel special and that I am not just a number.
