I have been with the company since I graduated college and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. This job is hard. There are bad days sometimes, but I know deep down that if I work hard and stay positive my leadership team will be there to guide me and take care of me when I need them most.

I like that its more than just business here. They care about me as a person and what my goals are. They are supportive and want to see me succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
That its hard. Everyday I have to work with intention, focus and drive. There is no room to slow down and I know everyone around me works just as hard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all in this together. We are a team, truly a family and we all genuinely care about one another. We feel each others lows and we celebrate each others wins.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the BetheLight Movement. We are inspired to help out not just our office, but our communities and contractors. I love how much everyone in this company cares and it makes me proud to say I work here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they care about your career growth and that if you have a goal and make it known they will help you get there. I also like that they want to support you in your personal life as well!
