Open concept, team functions, outings, conferences, and incentive trips.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think Leads in the company should be compensated more to their base due to the nature of the work they do. However there still is uncapped commission.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work is providing a small tip that eventually makes the world of a difference in someones career. I love seeing how successful my team is overall and i love being a part of influencing that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are bought into the company, the culture, and what we stand for whole heartedly. It is so easy to ban behind them due to the trust they have built to continue to move our company in the best direction possible.
