I have spent the last 4 years with IG. In the last year and a half, I have not questioned our vision or the heart of our leaders. I am very proud to work for a company that cares about the needs of others above themselves. Looking forward to many more years here!

Currently, I have enjoyed the flexibility of working from home. I get to spend quality time with my family that I haven't had in years.

I love that our leaders show compassion, transparency and hope through the good times and the bad. Not only that, they allow hard conversations to have a platform for change. I'm proud of move forward.
