Our friendship!! We truly operate like a family, everyone here matters and we all care about each other. Each day is a total team effort

We truly embrace the term team. We support each other, we celebrate each other's wins no matter how big or small, and we care enough to give each other feedback when we need it, even if we don't want to hear it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my job specifically has more responsibilities than what the role used to have years ago when it was first created, but the compensation is still the same. The compensation should reflect the amount of responsibility the position has.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership and executive team listen to our voices. It's very rare in other companies for people who aren't in leadership to have a voice or express their views, and leadership at Insight Global will always have open ears.
