The leadership team is supportive and puts our employees first. They uphold our shared values as an organization and implement them into any direction they give us.

How much fun we have together. We're friends in the office as well as outside of the office. The reason I come to work every day is because of the people I surround myself with.

The bonus structure & uncapped commission! The work you put into this job is the compensation you get out of it. The ability to make 6 figures within your first couple years of your career is incredible and you don't see that opportunity often at other companies.

The best part about my compensation package is my commission. I love how "what you put in is what you get out" when it comes to work ethic. Uncapped commission is the most empowering thing to keep us going even when times get hard or you're having a bad day.

1. My coworkers, our team, and our culture. We live out our shared values and celebrate our successes together. 2. The quality of work & finding people jobs. 3. The compensation structure and the internal competition that self-driven people can thrive off of to feel productive and successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how our leadership team doesn't just preach our Shared Values, but they truly embody them and live them out on a daily basis. They all embody "Leadership is Here to Serve" and get down in the weeds with their employees. They also care about each and every one of us as a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How often and how hard we celebrate our successes & wins together as a team - no matter how big or small. Everyone is so in tune with each other's goals and truly CARES about one another. If someone hits a goal, the team is just as excited for them as they would be about hitting their own goal.
