I love working for my company - it has only gotten better throughout the years, I only gave some questions the 8 answer because there's always room for improvement. Except for the CEO - he's simply the best!!

I think they are true leaders in the company and have respect from everyone in the office. They lead by example.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the encouragement from everyone in the office, everyone cares about your day or your weekend, they care about your personal and professional life, if you are struggling, they don't discourage you or talk down to you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pros always complain about their compensation - mostly the commission bracket. This is a rough year so hard to ask during this time about money, but bracket does seem unfair for Pros as they hire more and more into the role and we have less to work on.
