I appreciate the friends and lasting relationships I have made at IG. I do think there are things that can be improved upon (work/life balance, working remotely after COVID, better benefits/pay). However, I feel that the company is heading in the right direction and am looking forward to the future.

We make it a point to have happy hours/get together outside of work

Within the last year especially they have started to take into account the needs/wants of their employees
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the people I am friends with & knowing that the work I am doing is actually impacting people's lives for the better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a huge pay discrepancy between the Professional Recruiter and Account Manager roles. They don't need to be equal, but there should be less of a gap
