I enjoy what I am doing and who I work with. I wish the company would provide more incentives via a 401k and better healthcare coverage though so I can save for my future.

Everyone is willing to put in the hard work each and every day and everyone is positive creating a great work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would not say I feel undervalued, our 401k is abysmal and the health benefits are far too expensive to afford for a family. Some sort of 401k matching would be a great start.
