Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better understanding of how to increase my salary, better incentives for making a positive impact to the division, similar compensation percentage as sales team members, as we drive business with clients as well. We also do not get merit raises, which is industry standard with a lot of companies
