Overall the company is very young and energetic and we have a lot of very smart people. As successful as the company is, we still run like a startup and in some areas have artificial jobs, job titles and promotions. We mistake revenue growth with maturity and vision.

My team, for the most part, gets along with one another and can be open and honest. We give harsh feedback sometimes but it's always fair and in the interest of making each other better.
