Completing my work and getting people jobs at the end of the day is extremely rewarding.

They need to learn social awareness and understand when to say and when not to say certain things.

It is all in your control. However much or little you want to make at this company is totally in your control.

How positive and mindful they are of current social issues and leading by example of what we do on a daily basis directly impacting the lives of thousands.

They need to improve overall social awareness and understand that some things/comments be better left unsaid. To understand that there's a time and place for things and that the workplace might not be the best place.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is so much opportunity for growth and advancement. I will never leave this company as I know that if I continue to show my loyalty and commitment to Insight Global I will be taken care of down the stretch financially, personally, and professionally.
