I love my company and what we stand for. Our CEO communicates to us as if he is our direct boss. They handled COVID very well. I think we need our exec leadership to invest in the office level leadership more. They need more training and more advice on how to lead but also how to grow teams.

My leadership team cares about me as a person and not just a number. they listen to my concerns and let me speak up about my opinions
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
While I think our exec team knows how to deliver messages and they come up with great ideas, new initiatives or messages don't always get delivered that well on the sales manager level. our sales managers get caught up in numbers and don't help us learn how to sell more efficiently/effectively.
