How close we are as friends and how well we work together. Our office culture is great and I wouldn't change my team for anyone!

When I get to my AM promotion - the commission structure really allows all of Insight Global employees to take their career into their own hands.

How much we hype each other up for EVERYTHING and how much we genuinely want each other to succeed and be the best they can be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership at Insight Global is second to none. They truly strive to help their people grow personally, professionally, and financially. My favorite part is their genuine investment to make me the best I can be!
