I like recruiting and connecting people to their next job in their career. However the emphasis on number metrics combined with the role's responsibilities and expectations is far too demanding and overwhelming for an entry level position.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think Account Managers should be more responsive to recruiters.

1. Feeling appreciated and recognized. 2. When account manager's partner with you rather than demand work from you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team has my back personally and professionally! They wrapped their arms around me when my dad passed away this year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their understanding and flexibility. It allows me to bring my whole self to work and be honest about what is going on with me personally and professionally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation does not match the work load and time demands of a recruiter. recruiters do not receive phone allowances or any other benefits that although we spend more time on the phone during the day than an AM and jabber is a poor tool to use for making calls.
