What makes me most happy at work is the people I get to work with. And solving challenges for our business to keep them moving forward.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that they are always evaluating how to compensate fairly. Even in non-commission roles, they are always looking for creative ways to show everyone how much they matter to the company. Personally, professionally, AND financially.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about our leadership team is that every action they take, every message they send (deliberate or not), 100% confirms what they say. Culture is king at IG, and every leadership action and word reinforces it. It is not just a collection of cliches on a wall. We have the best culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment at IG is they truly mean it. I've worked other places. Every company has their sayings. Every company has them on a wall. Every company says: "This is who we are". This is the ONLY company that has actually meant it and delivered on it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love this team. I've worked a lot of other places, with a lot of teams. I've never worked with a team like this. They are 100% committed to the shared values and goal. Everyone has each other's backs. No one wants to be the reason we fail. This team is a true team in every sense of the word.
