Its been great! Its a challenge especially during the pandemic but I've never felt uncared for.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting off at the end of the day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Different types of healthcare. I wish we had gym compensation though.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we take care of each other and always know where we stand.

We all seem to actually care about each other as people and not just coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have similar personalities and are trying are best to stay in communication to prevent incidents.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting off at the end of the day. I love my company but work is work.

I think the best part isnt mine but that we offer the same benefits options to our contractors.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have access to them and they are always communicating to the different offices as much as they can. I never feel like we are an after thought to investors.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We feel like a family. We will confront those when need be but always in a constructive way. I have always known that if I reach out for support, someone will be there to grab my hand.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how accesible they are. I have been given the personal cell phones and have had personal conversations with both the CEO and the VP of my region within the first 2 months of working. As well as hearing their continued support against layoffs during these times.
