I have been with the company for almost 2 years and I can't picture myself somewhere different. I wouldn't be able to find the culture and environment that Insight Global offers me anywhere else.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am offered monthly bonuses as well as commuter benefits which is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team? I am not sure what exactly that would be, but as far as leadership in the company I like that they look out for their employees and make sure our voices are heard.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the fact that I am able to join committees and councils that I am passionate about such as the Sustainability Council, Women's Leadership Council, Spirit Squad Committee and many more. These make me feel really fulfilled and passionate about my work more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is one that I look forward to seeing and hearing every day (even if this is now done virutally). I am invested in them as people, coworkers, friends and even family. The greatest part about all of this is that I know the feeling is mutual.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our CEO and main leader of the company, Bert has show immense kindness, understanding and thoughtfulness in everything he does for our company. I have never sat down and had a face to face conversation with Bert, but I feel like I have. He makes everyone feel heard and seen.
