IG has given me opportunities for growth that I didn't think was possible so early in my career. Most days, I love my job. I love that we've taken what it means to be a staffing agency to the next level and live by our values. It is a stressful job but overall I feel supported.

The difference in commission for professional recruiters versus account managers is drastic. The raise offered for recruiting leadership is minimal compared to the responsibilities and compared to sales leadership

Always growing and looking to be better. Company-wide culture is strong and very tied to our core values. Always trying to improve our processes and staying ahead of the game
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone has a voice and no idea is too big or too small to be heard. I feel that I can only fail if I let myself because I know my leadership will support me if I hit a rough patch. Mistakes happen, but we know we learn from them.
