Feeling seen and heard by leadership. My manager is such a hard worker and will roll up her sleeves to help whenever possible.

The transparency! Our leadership is so good about explaining the "why" behind their decisions. Additionally, they welcome differing opinions and opposition to how they currently do things and encourage their team to be vocal if and when they have ideas on better ways of doing something.
