Overcoming challenging positions, targeting and winning business with hard to reach/work with managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team and the environment we have is what keeps me going. We are the most hard workers that never stop at any obstacle. Just tackle it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Looking after their own employees. This year has showcased a neglect on internal employees being paid out appropriately and on time. While the executive team always makes a push to have our contractors paid accurately and without delay, it is not the same case for internal employees. Disappointing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was paid out on time. It is frsutrating that we can make it a massive focus to pay out external employees (contractors) but not the internal people. Every paycheck is missing the accurate amount of money due to technical issues with verifications, or holds or other back office errors.
