I have been with the company for 9 years and I couldn't be happier. I found a role, on a team I love and I have created a successful path for myself to grow. the company has taken great care of me throughout the years and I couldn't imagine myself working anywhere else.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Currently times have been slightly challenging figuring out how to navigate some company changes, but outside of that i am very grateful that i have a job where i love my work and the people i get to interact with everyday.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That people are indiviudally recognized for their hard work and efforts.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they are incredibly involved and engaged with my projects and action items.

I love how we are all hardworking and focused one the same end goal!

How i am challenged day to day with my projects and the people I work with.

They are incredibly hard workers and they are very positive people to work with on a daily basis.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fertility benefits are huge for me peronsally, but I also love that we recieve annual bonuses for performance.

I love that leadership is open to new ideas and is willing to go above and beyond for their people.

The excitement to be together in the workplace and to feel like you are making a difference and supporting one another

The overall environment, flexibility given for my family and most importantly the amazing people I get to work with each day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the forward and innovative thinking. They also have very uplifting stories and advice to keep you motivated in the workplace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I absolutely love all of the different councils that have been created over the last few years. The WLC and Diversity are great examples.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my team is full of smart, energetic and passioante people. We always learn from each other and create a positive and hard working workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel incredibly valued but when I compare other roles in the job market in combination with my daily work responsibilties and team management, I feel underpaid
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to own quarterly bonuses when work is performed above and beyond the standard. Regarding benefits, our CEO recently implemented a fertility plan for mother's needing fertility treatments and that has been a huge help to my family.
