that a majority of my team wants the best for everyone and would do anything to help each other grow
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the fact that professional recruiters commission is 8% and account managers are 23% but pros work so hard and deal with a lot on their plate but still juggle filling all of the positions that make our company grow
