I have been here for almost 3 years and I can say for certain that I will be here until I retire. There is so much innovation, partnership, training, and perks at IG. Even though there are thousands of people in the same role as me, I still feel valued as an individual.

I love Insight Global. To work for a $2billion company where the CEO knows you by name is very rare and it just goes to show how much everyone truly matters.

I have worked at IG since I graduated college in 2018 and I can't see myself ever working anywhere else. The combination of income potential, my teammates, leadership, and ability to grow personally is why I will never leave.

The energy. Being remote is hard, but there are still constant shout outs and every internal meeting is exciting.

They are my best friends. I can say I've made better friends through IG than any other organization I've ever been a part of.

Interacting with my coworkers and the fact that every day for me is different. I also love how much I have to push myself out of my comfort zone.

I LOVE all of my coworkers. It can be challenging to have a team made up of all high energy people, but we work together to make each other successful.

Seeing my closest friends and being able to partner with people all across the country. Even if I reach out to someone I don't even know, they are as welcoming as if I have known them my whole life.

They truly care about me all the way to the executive level. It's not uncommon for an executive to go out of their way and tell me that I'm doing a good job. I feel like I am truly valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I actually just moved roles and have a brand new team that is completely remote. We have only met in person one time, but it feels like I have known them forever and that's really the same case for anyone you meet at Insight Global.
