I have loved my time working here. It has challenged me as a person professionally and personally. It has helped me grow my confidence in myself too. The people here believe in more than anyone ever has-and I have been on a lot of different athletic teams.

I am most happy when someone is a start. It makes me happy knowing we just impacted someone's life so positively.

They are very inclusive. They see the best in each other. It is special to be a part of such a great culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company really lives out the shared value of everyone matters. They value their employees well and truly invest in us as people personally not just professionally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the hours and amount of work that goes into this job could be rewarded with a bit of a higher base salary. However, I do not want it to seem like the company does not value its employees. I feel valued here and very invested in. I just think base pay could be a little bit higher.
