The people I work with, and culture we have. As well as the opportunity to be successful and be promoted into multiple elevated roles.

How much they care about me as an employee, and the opportunity to move up in the company that is given to me by them.

How hard everyone works, how much we care and invest into one another, and how close we are. Being able to celebrate success as a team is great.
