I really like our commission structure and the fact it is uncapped.

I love being able to help others and see their success at the end of the day because their win is my win.

Everyone is accepted with open arms and there is always a place for you as long as you put in effort and hard work.

I love that my team and I can relate in many different aspects of work and life. I feel that I can go to them for any questions, and that I'm always getting top notch advise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership makes sure to create attainable goals, while realizing we have a life outside of work. They care about our mental health and wellbeing, all while setting us up for success professionally-creating personal realistic goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team keeps the vision of the company alive and aligns it with our office, however they still focus on what's best for our sales team in terms of what we need on a lower level.
