We have fair based salaries paired with uncapped commission and/or opportunities for various quarterly and annual bonuses. This model ultimately puts all of the power in my hands. My uncapped compensation directly correlates with my level of effort and skill - incentivizing me to always be my best.

It impacts your life more than you would expect of a career. The culture of our company has helped me grow both professionally and personally. I am a better version of myself today than when I started. I've never used the term coworker either. They are teammates, friends, mentors, family.
