The fact that there is opportunity for growth and that their is no ceiling to how much we can make.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That they support me - they all have had similar trial and tribulations at one time or another so they know the words that need to be said to help me get back on track. Any win of mine is a win of theirs - or else they celebrate like it is! lol
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we still foster a beife in one naother as long as we are working hard and show that we care. I truly feel like my teammates and leadership believes in me and knows that I will be successful in the grand scheme of things, even if thats not where I am at in my career right now.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they take the time to let me know where I stand every step of the way. They are transparent and, when they do have feedback, they come from a place of care. I know that anything they are telling me is because they care about my success and want to help me get there.
