What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since Bert Bean took the role of CEO, he has embraced diversity, change and evolution. I am so impressed with the charitable actions of our leadership team and am proud to be a part of a company that has implemented the feedback from their people in such a strong way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not happy with the current base salary of my role and the inability to raise that base salary. I think a higher base would make me feel more comfortable growing my family. I also would like to have better health insurance. In the years I had a child, I paid almost $27,000 out of pocket.
