Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Living in the highest cost of living city in the nation, our base is really low. We also dont have great 401K plans or perks at all.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I wish that there was not such a pressure to never take a day off work. Even if i do take a PTO or sick day, I am still working at least 4-8 hrs. There is not much room for error
