I thoroughly enjoy working for Insight Global. It really does feel like a work family to me and I am so appreciative of the opportunities and doors it has opened for me personally and professionally. I look forward to advancing in my current role and continuing to step out of my comfort zone.

The ability to step out of my comfort zone and crush the goals I have set for myself.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it is uncapped and the sky is the limit with it! You really earn your money and work hard for it!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all so similar but so different in our strengths and our weaknesses and it feels like we all push each other to truly grow in our roles.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of my our culture is the genuine bonds we have built with each other and how happy everyone is to see each other succeed. I think everyone is constantly encouraging each other to set goals and crush them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the collaboration of everyone on the team, it truly feels like a work family to me and I have only been apart of the team since switched to a virtual world so I can only imagine how close I will be with everyone when I get to work with them desks apart.
