What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not sure but honestly I haven't heard good things about it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping people that need a job and being able to come through for consultants and clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is on the same page to push eachother to do better, and to cultivate a constructive environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can call anyone and I know I'll be in a better mood afterwards. It's nice to have that in my back pocket for whenever I need it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They just get it. They know when to push me and they know when to be there for me. It's a different experience at Insight Global, and it's definitely something that motivates me to do well for myself and for the company.
