Overall positive because of my team. I definitely feel challenged most days, which pushes me out of my comfort zone and forces me to grow and learn. I have gained so much knowledge and maturity right out of college thanks to Insight Global.

I know that my team will always have my back. They're extremely empathetic and supportive, which makes me feel like I can lean on them when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher commission percentage for professional recruiters would truly be a changing factor for us. We work extremely hard because we care, and I believe there is a gap when comparing account managers to professional recruiters because of this.
