I was a successful recruiter that couldn't be promoted into sales when I was promised. I then waited 2 months then went into the arch program and became a pro. I am now 2 weeks away from being promoted into sales. My road here has been very difficult but also rewarding. The people keep you here.

Gradually getting better each day. Moving towards my goal.

I think they are actively doing their best to make this the best work environment possible given the current climate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all roughly the same age, moving towards the same goal, and want to help one another get there desperately
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work so hard for such little pay to start. This job needs to have a higher base salary in order to keep more individuals from leaving. Better benefits/more or unlimited PTO. Most of us who want to be or have become successful don't use all our PTO anyways. It is more so the principle.
