I didn't know much when i started at insight global, from when i was a recruiter i knew that i wasn't going down the path that i wanted for my career. i made that known and they provided ample opportunities for different avenues that i could potentially go. they truly care about us as people

that we're able to work hard and play hard

that we're constantly hyping each other up! we want each other to succeed and grow as people
What makes you most happy at work?
That i'm able to provide avenues of growth to my portfolio and interacting with our internal team and external clients
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't make me feel like i'm just a number. They're truly invested in my development and how i grow not only my career, but grow as a person!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't particularly feel undervalued, but I do think for the amount of work that the National Account Coordinators put in and for how thinly we are spread, there should be a little bit more included in our base salary. the bonus structure seems good, but base salary is a little difficult to live.
