Everyone is a family. We help each other and enjoy each other, both inside and outside of work. We are a support system personally and professionally, and these are relationships that last a lifetime.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I genuinely feel our Leaders are here to serve and take care of us professionally and personally. I am alwalys being introduced to new trainings and development opportunities, and they do so because they’ve been in my shoes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If our recruiters made their income on an hourly basis rather than salary, I think they’d feel more valued like the asset they are to our office production and company-wide efforts. Promotion is the incentive for hard work, however a bonus
