I have had ups and downs at this company but always felt like I had people in my corner to help me and that wanted to see me succeed. Nobody should feel like their job is in jeopardy just because they have a bad quarter, and a lot of sales companies aren't like that. IG truly invests in their people

You can create a path for yourself and as long as you follow through with it and put in the effort, leadership will back you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary increases the longer you have been with the company (not just after 3 contests). AM's all go through ups and downs with commission, especially with unforeseen circumstances like COVID, and it would be nice to feel like there was more safety in salary comp if these things happen.
