We hired fun cool people who care about one another and are career driven

My manager is very invested in me and we need more people like her in our executive leadership
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are underpaid for the amount of work and expectations set for promotion where we are compensated significantly more.
