What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a fast-paced company that never settles. I love that we are always striving for more and to push our employees to do more and be as successful as possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that a bigger base as an Account Manager would go a long way in making people feel more comfortable within their first year of sales. It is hard, especially in a pandemic, to feel that we are able to pay bills and have a comfortable work life balance.
