Everyone is like minded in that we work hard, but know how to balance work and personal life.

They value hard work, but also want to ensure that you are successful in the job and in life outside of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel for the work we do, we don't receive enough base salary. A lot of turnover is due to people not feeling they are being compensated enough. I definitely think the base pay should be higher, or we will keep losing people.
