You don't feel just like a number, they really invest in each one of us both professionally and personally!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the PRO compensation structure needs some help, little low to start out and only making 8% commission max. I understand we have more access for start but still hit a lot of attrition and just as hard to hit $15K+ and different milestones.
