I really dont like working from home. I also dont trust that my peers are working as hard as they could be and its hard to motivate myself and others at times
Extra incentive or more help/partnership with another AM or Pro when developing a recruiter. In no way shape or form do I do it for the money but in terms of time mgmt it gets pushed to the back burner and take focus away. Also, more clarity on how and why we are paid the way we are and pro vs. AM
