I have really enjoyed my time at IG. I think our culture is second-to-none and we are beyond lucky to have Bert as a CEO because everything trickles down from the top. Since I started in early 2017, I seen a huge improvement in the company and I'm proud to work for IG.

What I love most about this company is the focus and discussion around mental health.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really the enjoy the interaction between my team and the small talk we have each morning. It sounds like not a big deal but it really does make a huge difference especially when we're so isolated right now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish we had a higher base salary. There are so many uncontrollables in this job. I've really struggled with margins because I work on many accounts that are mark-ups, so I have the same amount of contractors and am working just as hard as a 20K AM but my spread is less than half of theirs.
