Helping others, both internal and external. When I get to help a client out/when I get to help an R1 know their full potential.

The support. Everyone on IGBKC truly cares about each others development and will always take the time to assist one another and hype each other up.

Easy to approach, cares what you have to say. Doesn't matter if you've been here for 1 year or 10 years, you matter and your words matter.

I could go on about Abby Cauble for days. I honestly couldn't ask for a better Sales Manager, she truly does care about her team personally and professionally. Yes, it's in her job description but even if it wasn't she wouldn't act any other way. She adjusts goals, territories, ways of thinking.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The potential. I'm not currently making commission, but that makes me want to work that much harder and more diligently . I see the success and financial benefit it has brought to many people on my team, and it just makes me want to work that much smarter to get there too.
