I am still somewhat new here so my experience has been stressful but also good. I am still trying to figure out which path makes sense for me and sometime the anxiety of the job can be a lot, however I am learning a lot and growing professionally!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so enthusiastic about helping one another and everyone is approachable regardless of gender/status!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but I do think that recruiters should be paid more for all the work there is.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's excitement to be apart of IG's mission is super exciting! There is a lot of passion and drive to be successful at this company and everyone is each other's biggest fans/supporters!
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is when I get on a roll and hit my numbers, and I also love sitting in on interviews and going out on AM activity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how our leadership is 100% invested in our success and more importantly our well-being. My SM goes above and beyond to check in and make sure that everyone is doing well.
