I think as a Recruiter it is a grind and not that enjoyable, but i'ts understanding because once you get promoted you have so much opportunity. I always tell people if they're not ready to grind, don't bother applying to work here. This is by far more rewarding than any other job.

Being independent but having someone to talk to about the bad and the good!

We mean business, but personal trumps that - and you have people that care about you, not just your productivity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the untapped commission! I wish base was a little higher but I understand why it is where it is
What are some of the best things about your team?
They love me! They are invested in my growth and get just as excited for me as I do when I get a req!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Rach, Rob, and Britt are ready to drop everything to help, encourage, and give me advice. They are willing to hop on meetings & they boost my confidence when I need it. They set me up for success every day.
