Many days, I feel like I am leaving my day feeling burnt out and defeated. I feel like leadership can improve on maturity and keeping personal and professional relationships 100% separated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a Professional Recruiter, I feel as though we are often expected to do a lot of recruiter development, client interaction while exceeding our own expectations as well. Work hours should be flexible depending on productivity.
